  • More than 5 days before the start of your stay: 20% deduction of the total booking amount
  • Less than 5 days to 24 hours before the start of the stay: First night’s fee deduction + 20% of the remaining total reservation amount
  • During your stay (or less than 24 hours before the start of your stay): No refunds will be given.
  • Long-term reservations (14 to 28 days): No refunds will be given.
  • Monthly reservations (more than 28 days): No refunds will be given.
  • During peak times, such as public holidays and between holidays, cancellation is only possible with the host’s agreement and a deduction of at least 20% of the total reservation amount.
  • Reservations for Nowruz (from March 5 to April 8): Non-cancellable and deduction of the entire reservation amount as damages
